Agave salomonii

Recently described species of agave from Oaxaca. This new to the trade species appears to have influences of A. chiapensis and A. mitis, and forms dense green to whitish blue rosettes. These plants up until this year were  known as Agave sp. 'Magnifica', but were given species status and named in honor of the man who discovered the plants, Salomon Javier Romero, a dedicated Oaxacan plantsman.
